As courtesy to our next client your appointment will end at the time scheduled when the appointment was originally made.

Cancellation Policy

24 Hours advance notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling. If this is not adhered to 50% of the treatment fee will be charged.

Late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time.

Please request the use of a safe keeping for valuables. Under no circumstances will Pure Wellness be held liable for any loss incurred to your personal belongings.

The Client understands that the treatments received at Pure Wellness are no substitute for medical care and any information received from the therapist is for educational purposes only.

In terms of Hygiene and Public health we regret no exchange or refund will be given on product purchases that have been opened.

All promotional offers such cannot be refunded.
